Maximizing benefits with minimal effort: to ensure a smooth transition without disrupting our customers' daily workflow, we offer a phased migration from old systems (e.g., ALC) to our new app. The user interface remains unchanged, eliminating the need for user retraining. The app is delivered via auto-update, eliminating any additional installation requirements.

Through the configuration client, you can customize templates to meet your specific requirements, including logo integration, font adjustments, color schemes, and page settings. This ensures a consistent brand identity and professional presentation. Additionally, the integration of digital signatures enables legally binding document signing, streamlining the process and ensuring secure and efficient communication.

To ensure our app meets the needs of universities, we collaborated closely with our pilot customer, Ruhr West University. Together, we tested and further developed the app to ensure it meets the demands of a modern university environment.
